Ross first joined Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney as a Residential Valuer (RPV and CPV) where he worked across metropolitan Sydney, Eastern Suburbs and the Inner West before he moved into the complex area of commercial valuation

As a Commercial Valuer/Analyst, Ross works across a broad range of property types including commercial office buildings, retail shops and shopping centres, industrial warehouses and factories, residential development projects, special purpose properties, and asset, plant and machinery. Ross has experience working in New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.

Ross has acted for an array of clients including financial institutions, developers, institutional investors, insurance brokers and companies, listed and private companies, listed and unlisted REITS, trustee and custodial companies, and government entities.
