Andrew Bates is a Director in the Investment Valuation and Capital Markets Advisory Services division at Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney. Andrew has worked extensively in the busy metropolitan cities of Sydney and London over his career of fifteen years. He has consistently maintained a positive reputation in developing excellent client relationships that are built on strong communication, trust and consistently delivering high-quality results.
Andrew has worked with all client types including financial institutions, developers, institutional investors, insurance brokers and companies, listed and private companies, listed and unlisted REITs, trustee and custodial companies, and government entities.
Andrew’s experience spans various property types including commercial office buildings, retail shops and shopping centres, industrial warehouses and factories, hotels and residential development projects.
Andrew is also working with property owners in reviewing (and objecting where necessary) Land Values returned by Property NSW for Land Tax purposes and Council Rates. This covers valuation for residential and mixed-use developments, mortgage valuations for commercial, industrial and other non-residential property.
