Biography
Joshua Malouf commenced with Preston Rowe Paterson as a Graduate Valuer and has since progressed to a qualified Valuer within the Commercial Valuation team. With the support of senior valuers and structured professional development, he has developed the technical expertise and practical experience required to deliver accurate and reliable valuation advice.
Joshua holds a tertiary qualification in property or business with a focus on property valuation, providing a strong academic foundation in valuation theory, property economics and real estate markets. He has now met the requirements to qualify as a Valuer and continues to maintain his professional development in line with the standards of the Australian Property Institute.
In his day to day role, Joshua undertakes valuations across a range of commercial asset classes, including office, retail and industrial property. His responsibilities include market research, analysis of comparable sales and leasing evidence, preparation of financial models and delivery of valuation reports for purposes such as financial reporting, mortgage security, acquisition and disposal, and advisory engagements.
Through ongoing experience and continued professional development, Joshua contributes to high quality valuation outcomes and provides reliable, professional advice to clients across the commercial property market.
