Biography

Joshua Naumoff is an Associate Director within Preston Rowe Paterson’s senior commercial valuation and advisory leadership team. He has over a decade of experience across residential and commercial valuation and has progressed through the firm following his commencement as a Graduate Valuer in 2014.

Joshua specialises in the valuation of a broad range of commercial property asset classes, including retail, industrial and office properties, as well as specialised income‑producing assets such as childcare centres and service stations. His experience also extends to residential development sites, prestige residential assets and mixed‑use properties.

A core area of Joshua’s practice is commercial mortgage valuation, where he regularly undertakes and oversees valuation instructions for major financial institutions, lenders and private clients. These engagements require the application of robust valuation methodologies, detailed market analysis and a thorough understanding of risk, income sustainability and asset performance across varying market conditions.

In his role as Associate Director, Joshua plays an active role in the leadership and mentoring of valuers within the commercial team, supporting consistency in technical standards, valuation approach and report quality. His work is characterised by strong analytical capability, rigorous research and a disciplined approach to due diligence, ensuring valuation advice is clear, defensible and compliant with professional standards.

Joshua is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute. He is recognised for his reliability, sound technical judgement and ability to deliver high‑quality valuation advice across a diverse range of commercial property assets.
