Biography
Daniel Saliba is an Associate Director at Preston Rowe Paterson and a senior member of the firm’s professional valuation and advisory practice. He commenced his career with Preston Rowe Paterson as a Graduate Valuer in 2013 and has progressed within the business through consistent performance, technical capability and professional judgement under the guidance of Gregory Preston AM.
In his current role, Daniel contributes to the delivery of independent, well‑reasoned property advice across a broad range of complex valuation and advisory engagements. He works closely with internal stakeholders and clients on complex assignments requiring a high level of analytical rigour, commercial insight and clear communication.
Daniel’s responsibilities include managing valuation instructions, coordinating project teams and ensuring quality, consistency and compliance across client deliverables. His work is informed by a strong understanding of commercial, regulatory and stakeholder considerations underpinning professional real estate advice, enabling outcomes that are practical, defensible and aligned with market conditions.
Daniel is recognised for his collaborative approach, diligence and commitment to professional standards. He contributes positively to the firm’s culture of independence, technical excellence and client service, regularly engaging with clients, consultants and colleagues to deliver timely and well‑considered advice.
