Kseniia Statnykh is an Assistant Commercial Property Manager with Preston Rowe Paterson, providing property management support across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. She assists with the day to day management of properties, tenant liaison, lease administration, contractor coordination and client reporting, helping to ensure assets are managed efficiently and professionally.

Drawing on a strong background in financial services, compliance and stakeholder management, Kseniia brings a detailed and methodical approach to property management. Prior to joining Preston Rowe Paterson, she developed extensive experience managing complex administrative processes, conducting due diligence and compliance reviews, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, advisers and stakeholders within highly regulated environments.

Kseniia’s experience has equipped her with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
