Dimity has extensive experience working on complex government‑related valuation assignments, including the valuation of specialised assets and land held for public sector purposes. Her work regularly requires detailed consideration of statutory, planning and policy frameworks, together with the delivery of valuation advice that is robust, transparent and capable of withstanding external review or challenge.

A key area of Dimity’s practice is land value objections and dispute‑related matters, where careful analysis of market evidence, statutory context and valuation methodology is essential. She contributes to objections, reviews and negotiation processes, applying a disciplined, evidence‑based approach to support reasoned and defensible outcomes.

Dimity also has experience assisting on expert witness‑related engagements, including the preparation of valuation material and supporting analysis for use in formal dispute resolution processes. Her work in this area emphasises objectivity, clarity of reasoning and strict compliance with recognised professional standards and expert evidence principles.

In addition to her advisory work, Dimity has presented at Property Funds Association (PFA) masterclasses and industry functions, providing practical insights on valuation methodology, market evidence and professional practice. These engagements reflect both her technical capability and her ability to communicate complex valuation issues clearly and effectively to industry audiences.

As an Associate Director, Dimity works closely with senior practitioners, government agencies, legal advisers and private sector clients. She is recognised for her attention to detail, strong analytical capability and sound professional judgement, and also plays an active role in mentoring team members and maintaining high standards of quality and integrity across the practice.
