Biography
Mariana Dzaja is a Certified Practising Valuer with more than 15 years of experience in residential property valuation across the Sydney metropolitan market. She has worked extensively with major financial institutions, valuation firms, government agencies and private sector clients, providing independent valuation advice for mortgage security, taxation, litigation, family law, estate, acquisition and market assessment purposes.
Mariana holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) from the University of Western Sydney and is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API) and a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV).
Throughout her career, Mariana has held valuation roles with leading organisations including WBP Group, NAB Valuations, MVS Valuers Australia, Megaw & Hogg National Valuers (CBRE) and Jones Lang LaSalle. Her broad industry experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of residential property markets, valuation methodologies, property research and market analysis.
Mariana’s expertise spans a diverse range of residential property asset classes, including detached dwellings, strata units, townhouses, vacant land and specialised residential properties. She has also undertaken valuation assignments for government-related purposes and has worked closely with lenders, solicitors, accountants and property professionals to deliver accurate and reliable valuation advice.
