Biography

Stefan is a Commercial Property Valuer and Analyst, holding a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property) and accredited as an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute. He brings a strong academic foundation and practical understanding of valuation principles and methodologies to the delivery of commercial valuation advice.

With over five years’ experience in the commercial property valuation industry, Stefan has developed his expertise working closely with Directors and Associate Directors within Preston Rowe Paterson. He has experience in the preparation of comprehensive valuation reports across a range of commercial asset classes, including office, retail, industrial and residential property.

Stefan has demonstrated particular proficiency in valuations undertaken for mortgage security and asset valuation purposes, applying robust valuation methodologies supported by detailed market analysis. His work involves the interpretation and assessment of sales and leasing evidence, income analysis and the preparation of clear, well reasoned valuation advice in accordance with professional standards.

Throughout his career, Stefan has assisted a diverse client base, including government and corporate entities such as Property NSW and Reece. He is recognised for his attention to detail, analytical capability and collaborative approach, consistently delivering accurate, reliable and timely valuation outcomes that support informed decision making.
