Kylie has a wealth of experience in business and operations management. Her extensive experience has covered all aspects of accounting, financial management, human resources, change management and strategic planning as well as extensive policy and procedural writing, planning and implementation.
Kylie oversees all general office and property management trust accounts as well as business systems and administration support to our commercial, advisory, residential divisions as well as our property, asset and facilities management division. Kylie thoroughly enjoys the diversity of the property industry, working with divisional heads to ensure all procedures and processes are implemented effectively within the business.
