In 2026, the Conference marked a significant milestone, celebrating 100 years of the Australian Property Institute. Held at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground from 4 to 6 May 2026, the event united industry leaders, valuers, advisors, and decision makers for a comprehensive program of technical learning, strategic insight and professional development.

Industry Leadership at the Forefront
A key highlight of the 2026 program was the inclusion of multiple high calibre panel discussions, bringing together recognised experts to address critical issues facing the property industry. These sessions explored themes such as economic conditions, sustainability, technology and the future of valuation practice.
The Conference concluded with the “Leaders in Property” panel, a closing session that brought together some of the most experienced and respected figures in the Australian property sector.
