Retrospective 2020 & What Lies Ahead in 2021

It was Walt Disney of Disneyland fame who said:- “Times and conditions change so rapidly that we must keep our aim constantly focused on the future”.
With all that has occurred in 2020 and more recently with the pre-Christmas stark reminders of the fragility of the COVID-19 health and economic perspective (given Sydney’s Northern Beaches COVID outbreak and the new UK strain impacting pre-Christmas travel), focusing on the future will be a continuous challenge as we react, adapt, and evolve in the COVID pandemic world.
